How do you market items?
Q: I am looking to downsize or I have inherited an estate and not sure what to do with the items. If I decide to sell them, how would you market them?
A: We have a partnership with North America's largest online auction site.
How much do you charge?
70% to you! 30% to us.
There is a base fee for set-up, taking photos, Measuring items, creating a catalog, getting your items online & marketing them, we manage the pick-up of sold items as well.
The cost is the same for every client, with no hidden fees or extras. You decide the amount of work you would like us to do.

Who can you recommend for my organizing needs?
We can complete all set up and organizational needs for items you would like to have auctioned or removed. More complex needs such as packing, moving, account changes & logistical challenges we will only recommend and work with reputable professionals. We have a huge network of referrals for other various estate services if needed.

Do you keep a list of items being sold and then make payment to us?
We create a digital draft catalog for your approval of all the items in the auction. Once you approve the draft, the auction can go live.
Those items are accessible for you to view for life.
Payment is made to you within 14 days of the auction's closing with an itemized chattel attached. No extras or hidden fees.
How long does an auction take?
We generally only need to access your home twice and complete the whole process in 14 days for a full auction and as little as 7 for a quick auction!
What if some items do not sell?
We typically sell 98% of the contents of a home.
You can view past auctions by clicking the gavel on our main page. We can organize the removal of all unwanted & unsold items.
